By accessing this website, purchasing a digital product, joining a paid membership or scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the linked Privacy and Refund Policies.

02 Digital Products And Services
Products may include vendor information, vendor lists, PDF files, guides, digital resources, access instructions, strategy calls and community membership. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are digital products and services, not physical goods.
Product descriptions identify the intended contents. Final contents, prices and delivery files should be verified by the client before launch.
03 Orders, Prices And Payment
- Displayed prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
- One-time products are charged once.
- The Inner Circle is intended to be a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed during checkout.
- Orders are not complete until the payment provider confirms successful payment.
- Taxes or other legally required charges may be added where applicable.
04 Subscription Terms
A recurring membership automatically renews at the interval and price shown during checkout until cancelled. Customers should be shown the recurring price and billing frequency clearly before payment.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period and unused time is not automatically prorated.
05 Delivery And Access
Digital products are intended to be delivered after confirmed payment by email, download link or another clearly described method. Community or Discord access may require additional instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam folders and safeguarding files and access links.
06 Personal-Use Licence
Unless written permission is provided, purchased files and access are licensed to the purchasing customer for their own business use. Customers may not resell, republish, upload, distribute, share or reproduce the purchased material or membership access.
Unauthorised sharing may result in access termination without limiting other rights available to the business.
07 Vendor And Third-Party Information
Vendor information may change after delivery. Third-party vendors control their own products, availability, prices, shipping, quality, minimum orders and business practices.
Customers must independently research vendors and products before placing orders. MR.209Reseller is not responsible for a third-party vendor's later actions unless the law requires otherwise.

References to third-party product or brand names are descriptive only unless a formal affiliation or authorisation is expressly stated. The website must not represent unauthorised, counterfeit or infringing goods as authentic.
09 No Earnings Guarantee
Vendor information, resources, calls and community access do not guarantee sales, profit, business growth or any particular financial result. Results depend on the customer's decisions, skills, market, costs and compliance with applicable rules.
10 Customer Responsibilities
